Managing Sales Reps

Create Reps

First, navigate to the Reps tab in the navigation sidebar. Click on Add Rep to begin creating a new rep.

Then, enter the basic information for your rep.

Note that the a rep identifier is required, which is just a unique identifier you already use to identify this rep within your organization.

Once the rep has been created, they will appear in the list, and are ready to be assigned to an alignment.

Edit Reps

To edit a rep, simply locate the rep you wish to edit in the list, and click on the Edit button.

Here, you may change the rep's name or email. Note that the rep identifier is not editable.

Disable Reps

Disabling a rep has the following side-effects:

A disabled rep will be opted out of receiving commission for orders

Territories may not be assigned to disabled reps, and they will appear disabled on the alignment.

A rep can be disabled in 2 ways:

Disable a single rep

Select the Disable button in the reps list view for the rep you would like to disable.

Disable multiple reps

  1. Select multiple reps by clicking the checkbox for each rep you would like to disable.
  2. Click the Actions dropdown and select Disable reps

Re-enable Reps

To re-enable reps, first select the Show disabled reps checkbox in the top left.

Note: This checkbox will not appear if there are no disabled reps to display.

Enable single rep

Once the list of disabled reps are displayed, select the Enable button in the reps list view for the rep you would like to enable.

Enable multiple reps

  1. Select multiple reps by clicking the checkbox for each rep you would like to enable.
  2. Click the Actions dropdown and select Enable reps
