Gaining access

Access Methods¶

There are two ways to gain access to Velocity Lending – receiving an invitation directly through your email, or self sign-up via a QR code or link.

If you've been given a QR code or a sign-up link, scan or click it to be taken to the self sign-up page below. Your organization's branding will be shown in the top right.

From this page, enter your email address and click on Send Invite. This will send you an invitation email. Then, follow the steps shown below.

Invitation Email¶

If you used the self sign-up from above, you'll receive an email that looks similar to the one shown below.

To accept your invitation, click on ACCEPT INVITATION which will then lead you directly to the sign-up page for Velocity Lending. Then, enter your desired login details.

Note

Login information between MedShift's Velocity and Velocity Lending is shared. If you have previously used MedShift's Velocity Software before, you will want to choose Log In instead of creating a new account.

Note: You will still need to accept the invitation or else your existing account will not have access.

Troubleshooting¶

I see an Account Not Configured page¶

If, after logging in, you see an Account not configured page, please check your email for an invitation and make sure that you've accepted it.

Contact support if the issue continues.
