How do I get started?

Start an application by clicking the New button on the home page. Read more about starting applications here.

What does my application status mean?

Your application can have many statuses throughout its lifetime. Read more detailed information about each of the individual statuses.

Payment Information

When is the first payment due?

The first payment's due date may vary per application. Please reference the individual application's contract or ask your MedShift contact for more details.

Is there a penalty for prepaying?

There are no penalties for paying off balances ahead of schedule.

Understanding our payment terms

Unlike traditional financing, which typically involves separate principal and interest payments, our subscription model combines these into a single, straightforward payment.

This is designed for simplicity and ease of understanding, making it a unique alternative to conventional loan structures.

Impact on Credit

Will applying affect your customer's credit score?

Applying will not affect their credit scores since we only do a soft credit check.

Preferences

How can I change my MedShift contact?

You may choose a preferred MedShift contact on the settings page. Your preferred contact will be auto-selected when making a new application. Read more about it here.
