Contract and Finalization

Velocity Lending automatically generates and sends out a DocuSign, making it quick and easy to win your deals.

DocuSign Sent

You've completed the approval steps and a DocuSign has been emailed to your customer. The application's status will now say awaiting signatures. All there's left to do now is wait for it to be signed.

Viewing the Contract

You can view the contract by clicking the View button. You can also click the Download button to download the contract.

The contract preview gets updated as people sign it, so if you see some information missing, come back later when more people have signed.

Tracking Signing Status

If an application is awaiting signatures, you can see the signing status of each guarantor. You can keep track of the status and ensure that your customer is signing the contract before it expires. MedShift be the last to sign the contract.

Status Description
Contract not viewed The guarantor has not opened the contract yet.
Contract viewed The guarantor has opened the contract, but has not signed it yet.
Contract signed The guarantor has signed the contract.

Application Completed

Once everyone has signed, you will receive a copy of the DocuSign, and the status will show as completed.

MedShift will reach out to your customer to update them on any information regarding their payments.
